At Kohl's, when a customer returns an item without a receipt, they are issued a merchandise credit. I had the chance to redesign the Kohl's merchandise card using my recently developed illustration style. This updated design breathed new life into the card, moving it away from its early 2000s aesthetic and stepped into the 21st century
